Airdrop Update and Additional Rewards

Today we come to you with another bit of house keeping, including:

  • Liquidity Issues

  • Reward structure solutions

  • A final say on rewards support

This will be our last house keeping update for a little while, we launched this project to share Flare news not talk about ourselves like a narcissist on a first date.

A Splash Of Liquidity For CEN.

CEN is now listed on both Oracle Swap and Blaze Swap.

Having at least two liquidity pools is important for price discovery.

If an asset can be bought and sold in two places then it can settle into a fair price.

Solutions.

When we announced our main rewards pivot, we explained that we would be working on a fair solution for Referral Rewards and New Subscriber Sign Ups.

We feel the following solutions are a fair way to reward all participants and meet our original brief explained best in our pinned Tweet.

There will be three reward structures for the CEN community:

CEN Balance Rewards: A Reward For Holders.

As explained in our Reward Pivot Post this airdrop happens every Wednesday and pays 0.1 CEN for each CEN token you hold in your wallet.

The first of these airdrops happened yesterday (March 22nd) and a bug stalled the airdrop for several hours, this bug has now been fixed, rewards were delivered and future airdrops are expected to run smoothly.

Daily CEN: Rewarding New Subscribers And Time Served.

Each Wednesday a separate airdrop will be paid into your wallets. You will receive 1 CEN for each day you have been an active subscriber.

The table below depicts daily rewards earned, with growth compounding.

In fact growth will actually be greater as CEN Balance Rewards will also be added each week as detailed above.

This daily reward structure allows new subscribers to start earning without us providing a lump sum to each sign up as that’s when the fake accounts and bots are incentivised.

Subscribers who stick around get rewarded more over time.

For example in week 52 the reward would be 357 CEN and the balance would be 9,282 CEN.

This additional reward will be delivered to all active subscriber wallets from Wednesday March 29th (backdated to the date you first subscribed).

Referral Rewards:

Our software has been tracking referral rewards since day one and will continue to do so.

Any referral gained up to 23:59:59 on March 14th 2023 was rewarded with 500CEN in the initial airdrop.

This referral cut off happened when we noticed fake accounts and bots trying to game our systems.

We have your legit referrals data safe and sound.

We have a new referral structure almost ready which requires some manual checks on subscribers to ensure they are not bots or fake accounts.

We will share more details in a future post, rest assured your referrals are being tracked and you will be rewarded.

A Final Say On Rewards Support.

After answering hundreds of emails, angry Twitter posts and DMs we have not found a single error on our end.

Every case we have looked into has had these frequent outcomes:

  1. The user has not checked for CEN in their wallet on Songbird Explorer.

If you think you should have CEN and it isn’t in your wallet, then please paste your wallet address in the Songbird Explorer and it will show your on chain balance.

  1. Referrals were gained after the March 15th cut off.

We announced this cut off date in several emails. Our airdrop calculation rewarded all referrals before March 15th 2023.

As stated above: referrals data is still being recorded and will be rewarded under the new structure to be revealed soon.

  1. The user failed to enter their wallet address or entered an invalid wallet address to their account.

Your address will be 42 characters long. Duplicate addresses are excluded from airdrops.
