Is This The ‘Flare Partner Building F-Assets’?!?!?

In our continued search for F-Asset development news we stumbled across Abelium based in Slovenia.

Flare Networks always stated that they were working closely with a partner to deliver the F-Asset contracts.

As far as we know Abelium have had no official mention in any Flare documents, news releases or team interviews.

Their website has a pretty in depth overview of the work they delivered for Flare including:

‘We are a core part of the Flare team, providing ongoing development of smart contracts for Flare Network’

and

‘The solution: smart contracts for Flare Network

Flare token (FLR) is the network's native token used as a gas for paying transaction fees on the Flare Network. Additional tokens that represent other assets (called F-Assets) also exist, such as a representation of XRP called FXRP.’

These bold claims had us wondering if Abelium were just a bunch of chancers trying to claim the Flare team’s work as their own so we took a closer look.

Meet Boris Horvat PhD, CEO at Abelium.

His LinkedIn profile states his role as ‘Advisor’ to Flare Networks since March 2021.

He has LinkedIn connections with high level members of the Flare team.

We’ll be watching Abelium closely for any further developments.
