Referrals Update

Referrals have been the most difficult component to manage within our subscriber database.

Audits have revealed some bad actors trying to game our system with fake accounts, bots and duplicate accounts.

These bad actors are fairly easy to filter before each airdrop.

A harder metric to filter has been caused by real subscribers, attracting referrals through bad promotions.

We found some ‘semi-bad actors’ who have been sharing their referral links with bold promises. Very short bold promises like ‘Airdrop $100 click now’.

Needless to say we have had quite a few angry messages from people who didn’t get rewarded immediately after signing up.

So here is the fix:

In order to receive referral rewards, subscribers will have to prove that their referral promotions do not contain false information.

We have hosted our reward structure in this simple document.

Feel free to link to this doc whenever you are asked about rewards.

You should tag @CENflr in any twitter ads for your referral promotions, or DM a screen shot to @CENflr if your promotions are on other platforms.

Once we have whitelisted you as a genuine good actor you are all set to receive your referral rewards.

This whitelisting process will start immediately.

Remember that all your referral metrics have been recorded since our launch date, we may take a little while to get back to you, but your rewards are safe and, if eligible, will be delivered.

This new approach of manual checks will run until April 30th then be reviewed.

We will also be launching a referrals initiative where we send you CEN for strong referral promotions.

Even if the promotions don’t result in successful referrals you can be rewarded for honest and strong promotions.

We are awaiting a delivery partner to launch before we can begin this initiative, launch is expected very soon.

Strategies To Ease CEN Dumping!

As mentioned in previous emails, we have been taken aback by the rapid growth of this project.

With this rapid growth, plus the introduction of daily CEN rewards to all subscribers, we owe it to our community to support CEN holders as much as possible.

We have a few plans to maximise rewards to holders and weed out the paper hands.

The first initiative is to raise the bar for CEN holder rewards, (where holders are rewarded 0.1 CEN for each CEN token held in their Songbird wallet).

From the April 5th airdrop only CEN wallets holding more than 2,000 CEN will receive CEN Holder Rewards.
