Xumm, FLR Labs & CEN Docs Update...

GM. This is CEN, back with your regular dose of Flare news. Easy to swallow with no bitter after taste.

Today we bring you:

  • Xumm News

  • FLR Labs

  • New CEN Docs

That Bad CEX Will Soon Be Your Ex.

Xumm has reached a major milestone with their stable coin on ramp / off ramp, enabling purchases in EUR with other fiat currencies planned for a future release.

Why is this important?

Xumm is an app that interacts directly with the XRP ledger, the private keys for your XUMM wallet are generated by your device and stored locally.

With no middle men this means we are a stone’s through away from ditching Centralised Exchanges (CEXs) for good.

Here’s the step by step we are looking forward to:

  • Deposit funds from bank account to Xumm

  • Buy XRP on XRPL and transfer to preferred wallet that supports F-XRP

  • Use F-XRP on Songbird or Flare to earn DeFi rewards or swap on a DEX

That’s the decentralised dream that we’ve been waiting for and, between the Xumm and Flare projects, it’s just a few releases away…

Exciting times…

Another Snazzy App

FLR Labs have released their swish new 3d dApp for managing delegations and various other tasks.

Updating delegation preferences several times a week does feel a bit ‘samey’ lately, it’s nice to have a new UI to play with, check it out:

CEN Docs Update

With the recent return of CEN and the completion of the CEN token distribution we have updated the CEN Docs.

Here’s the TLDR:

Rewards Eligibility

Subscribers are eligible for rewards if they meet the following criterion:

Active Subscriber Status with > 50% Open Rate: This is maintained by simply opening at least half of the emails we send you.

CEN Holder: Subscribers must hold at least 50,000 CEN to be eligible for rewards. CEN can be bought on Oracle Swap DEX.
